Family Session at Discovery Park // Seattle, WA

This session almost didn't happen, but I'm SO glad that it did!  It started with Leanne reaching out to me at the beginning of the year to get updated photos of the kids.  We planned to shoot their session in the Spring; however, our weather was rather unkind to us and we were rained out several times over the course of a couple of months.  The summer months also got the best of us and we had to push their session back to late Fall, but I honestly think it was well worth the wait because this was truly one of my fave sessions of the year!  We met up at one of my fave parks in Seattle and although it was a very busy evening (the sun decided to come out and so did everyone else), we had so much fun exploring the beach and acting out our favorite scenes from the Moana movie.  If you have kids, you will understand the importance of restoring the heart of Te Fiti. :)  Here are my faves of the gorgeous Preston Family at Discovery Park.
