Point Reyes Family Session // Iverness, CA

This sweet family invited me to capture their first set of family photos while I was visiting family and friends in California last fall and it ended up being one of my favorite sessions of the whole year! I met Kevin, Amber and little Ryder at Point Reyes (one of my favorite places) and we cruised out to Chimney Rock and then finished the session at the beach just before dusk. Sadly, this was just around the time when the smoke was extra thick from the deadly fires burning in Northern California. While we weren’t able to have a clear view of the ocean, we were just immensely grateful that we were able to shoot at all given the poor air quality that week. This family stole my heart and I truly loved each and every frame that we captured that evening so of course they had to hit the blog! Here are a few of my favorites…
